T-Connect is a single source of international broadband service information available in a Standard and Bespoke version. With price and service information from either the dominant provider in each of the 30 European countries covered by the EU, or with additional information from a customer-specified range of providers in selected countries, T-Connect contains a comprehensive database for the price level comparisons it provides.

T-Connect is available to our customers in two versions, the Standard version and the Bespoke version.

The Standard version

• Contains ADSL data for the ex-incumbent provider in each of the 30 countries. This version contains over 300 different tariff packages.
• The Standard version is updated quarterly
• The following countries and operators are included in the Standard version of T-Connect

• This version includes customer-specified data over and above the Standard version
• Options available are for example additional operators, new countries, other broadband services like cable modem and fewer or more frequent updates
• Customers can request a quote for their specific requirements

• T-Connect contains a flexible basket calculation system allowing you to use pre-defined usage patterns, or to set up specific usage patterns of your own.
• A range of options allow you to set the benchmarking parameters to suit your requirements.
• Cost calculation can either be based on real prices, or on prices normalised to for example 1 Mb/s speed.
• This allows flexibility to analyse the results seen from different perspectives.

• The results from any basket can be presented in different formats:
• US$, Euro or GBP, using market exchange rates, or in national currency for each country.
• Using Purchasing Power Parities to take the economical situation in each country into account
• with or without VAT
• Exchange rates are updated with current information each update.
• Results are available as numeric tables providing a sorted list of results. This list can show the best cost (cheapest) per country or per provider, or a sorted list of all packages.
• The results will also follow any selection criteria like speed limitation, business/residential, or the feasibility check.
