We have a unique set of contacts in a number of the carriers we cover. These
individuals are regularly contacted to ensure we have up to date data.
The date the tariffs were issued by the carrier and the date that Teligen
entered them into the database (some services only change occasionally) are
displayed both in the tables and analyser modules. So you can check that they
are current prices.
Users are able to obtain help from our customer support. If you have doubts
about the information we will check it for you, we can also research other
operators' tariffs for you.
