The ultimate tariff database system for fixed line services, offering
detailed service and pricing information along with capabilities to convert
prices between currencies, include or exclude VAT, and calculate prices for
specific circuits and calls.
The database covers services like PSTN, ISDN, leased lines, ADSL, dial up
Internet and more. Prices for both national and international services are
covered, along with tariff details allowing the T-World system to search for the
correct price for a given destination and type of call.
The T-World Fixed system allows the user to define currencies to use along
with exchange rates, to select presentation formats, and to define lists of
destinations that can be applied to different services. Calculating the
end-to-end cost for leased lines is made easier with the inclusion of a
comprehensive location database, allowing the user to determine distances
between named locations in countries around the world. The system will also
display the total cost of a call in numeric and graphic format, including a
display of call cost variations with duration.

T-World Fixed has three modules:
You can easily switch between the matrix and tariff tables when you highlight a cell on the matrix. In this way you can track a carrier around the information contained in T-World Fixed.
There are full cut and paste facilities into Windows® compatible applications.
Full text, section headings and a wizard enable quick searches. History and
bookmark functions are included in the text-based modules.
Drop down menus allow users to quickly select which carrier, service, tariff or
section of the product they are interested in. Free text search is also
available.
Matrix Component
The MATRIX contains a list of operators and their services which in itself
indicates the availability of a service from a carrier.
If a cell shows an arrow the corresponding service is covered in the database. A
blue arrow means no recent changes, while any other cell content will relate to
a change that has happened since the last update. An explanation is shown by
pointing at the cell in the Matrix.
Double clicking on the cell selects the appropriate service, and the tariff
information is directly available when selecting one of the other T-World
components.

Tariff Tables Component
The TARIFF TABLES component contains easy to view tables with the latest prices
and packages. Tariffs are presented with valid from and last verified dates.
Individual numbers can be viewed including or excluding tax by highlighting the
text.

Anlayser Component
The ANALYSER is a powerful tool within T-World which enables you to cost
circuits, compare tariffs, cost different types of calls and perform various
calculations to review the cost of your network.

The Analyser follows the same basic selection procedures as the Tariff Tables
component, and you can go directly from any of
these to the Analyser by clicking on the Analyser tab at the top of the T-World
window.
When the service type, country and carrier is selected, the Analyser will list
any services and service options available in the database, and the range of
parameters which define the price structure of the selected service.
A range of helpful functions are available to assist you in getting the best
information for the service you are looking for. For example, when pricing
leased circuits, the location database allows you to select the two end points
of a circuit from a list of national destinations, and have the Analyser
automatically calculate the distance between them, and the corresponding price
for the entire leased circuit.
When working with duration-based services like PSTN the Analyser allows you to
enter the duration of a call, and will then automatically show the price of such
a call at different times of day and to different destinations.
You can set up a list of different circuits or destinations in order to get a
full list of prices for all circuits in your network. You can then recall this
list in subsequent months to check on any changes that may have happened.
You can open several windows within T-World, in order to compare prices from
different operators, for different service scenarios, or from different database
updates.
The Analyser will automatically display prices in your selected format and
currency, regardless of tariff structure and original currency. This saves you
cumbersome recalculations and makes direct comparisons a lot easier.
